When you sign up for website maintenance, your monthly fee will cover minor changes such as text edits, adding temporary information such as running sales, adding blog posts, changing meta data and more! This type of website maintenance would fall under our basic website maintenance program.

If you have a larger setup, such as a business website, or online store in which you are constantly adding or changing content or want the option of having us do more technical changes, such as creating and adding images, changing the look of your homepage or any page for that matter … or just want the peace of mind, knowing that anything and everything is covered under a set amount of time … we offer the advanced website maintenance program.

Choices range from a Content Management Systems for self-maintenance to one-time updates. All updates are tested to look and function the same on all platforms (i.e. Macintosh, Windows, Linux), and in all browsers (i.e. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari).

Pay as you Go Maintenance Service

We are available to work on minor or major updates at anytime. We perform updates on all types of websites from traditional html based pages to complex e-commerce websites.

Maintenance Retainer

We have several different agreements depending on your need and company size for those organizations that wish to outsource the regular maintenance of their websites Cost-effective plans are available for hourly and monthly maintenance. Search engine maintenance is also included in the Business plan.

Content Management Systems

If you organization’s website requires regular maintenance, maybe a more cost affective solution would be to do the website changes in-house? Note: To receive the discounted rates for our website maintenance programs, we have a minimum 3 month commitment in which a contractial agreement will be processed.

 

Pay As You Go Option

• The “Pay As You Go” option allows you to receive our website maintenance as you need it. The pricing for this option is $75.00 per hour for our Basic Website Maintenance and $100.00 per hour for the Advanced Website Maintenance
